At Keith's
Triathlon Shop, our main
objective is to keep our
customers satisfied. If you
receive merchandise that
is defective or has been
mis-shipped, let us know
immediately. We will be glad
to send you out replacement
merchandise, via US Mail,
at no charge. If you would
like to return or exchange
an item, please call or e-mail
to receive an Return Authorization
#. Packages sent to us without
an RA number will be refused.
We cannot accept returns
after 30 days nor can we
accept used merchandise.
Once an RA is issued
you will have 30 days
to return the merchandise.
Credits on returned merchandise
may take up to 30 days
to credit to your credit
card.
Closeouts
All closeout items are non-refundable and are sold as is. These items
can be exchanged only, and of course, cannot be returned used. This
applies to all closeout items.
Wetsuits
We can exchange or refund money only on wetsuits that have not been worn
in the water. Once the suits have been worn in the water, we cannot
accept the suits back.
Bicycles
We stand 100% behind the craftsmanship of all bikes that we sell. We
will exchange any bike that is damaged in transit to you or any bike
that is defective upon arrival. Please note that once a bike has been
ordered, you are responsible for payment on that bike and any components/accessories
you may have ordered.
Credit Cards
We do not accept credit cards that require a voice authorization. If
the card does require a voice authorization, your bill will reflect
a $2.00 service charge. Thank you. If you have any questions, please
let us know.
Address Corrections
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address
at the time of order. If an address correction is required by the courier,
an address correction fee of $10.00 will be added to the customer's
invoice.
